Materials and construction techniques

 We accompany and advise promoters in self-construction projects; also to professionals and public entities. We take on projects comprehensively, managing them from design to execution.

Whenever we can, we opt for the use of raw materials that do not alter the environment, are renewable, removable and have low impact. Breathable materials that maintain a high quality of indoor air and prevent its tightness.

The main techniques we use are:

• FSC wooden structures + straw bale enclosures / CUT technique = have high thermal insulation performance; reduce the use of external cooling and heating sources; reduce ecological footprint and economic savings)
• Lime and clay plasters coatings = absorb and regulate interior humidity, avoiding the generation of mold or dryness and possible respiratory problems).
• Roofs = from traditional clay tiles to the popular high-value green roofs landscape and environmental, taking advantage of local materials and native vegetable crops ''returning the occupied soil to the earth''
